Processing Time: 1-3 business days
All orders are carefully checked, packed, and sent from our fulfillment partners. You’ll get a tracking email once your order ships.

Estimated Delivery Times After Shipping:
- United States: 2-8 business days
    - Fast Ship Collection: 2-5 days from U.S. warehouse
    - Standard Collection: 5-8 days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 5-12 business days
- Canada & Australia: 7-14 business days
- Kenya & East Africa: 10-18 business days
- Rest of World: 10-20 business days

Why delivery times vary: We partner with global warehouses in the US, EU, and Asia to keep prices affordable while shipping fast. Your order ships from the closest location with stock. Tracking is provided on all orders.

Customs & Import Duties: International orders may be subject to customs fees. These charges are determined by your country and are your responsibility. We’re not able to cover these fees.

Tracking: All orders include tracking. Check your email for updates or use the “Track Order” link on our site.

Lost/Damaged Packages: Contact us within 7 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged. We’ll replace it free. If tracking shows delivered but you didn’t receive it, contact your local post office first, then email us.
