1. What materials are Gemvire jewellery pieces made from? Our jewellery is crafted from premium materials including 18K gold plated alloy, sterling silver, rose gold filled metal, stainless steel and natural gemstones. Each piece is carefully selected for quality, durability and lasting shine.

2. Will the jewellery tarnish or fade? With proper care, our pieces maintain their shine for a long time. We recommend keeping jewellery away from water, perfume, lotions and sweat. Store in a dry jewellery box or pouch when not wearing. 

3. Is Gemvire jewellery suitable for sensitive skin? Yes. Many of our pieces are hypoallergenic and skin-friendly, making them suitable for everyday wear even on sensitive skin. 

4. Do you ship worldwide? Yes  we deliver to customers across the globe. Shipping times vary by location but we ensure every order is carefully packaged and promptly dispatched. 

5. How long does delivery take? Standard delivery typically takes 7 to 15 business days depending on your location. Express shipping options may be available at checkout. 

6. Can I return or exchange my order? Yes. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to assist with a return or exchange. 

7. How do I care for my jewellery? To keep your pieces looking their best:

  • Store in a cool dry place away from sunlight
  • Remove before swimming, showering or exercising
  • Wipe gently with a soft lint-free cloth after wearing
  • Avoid contact with perfume, hairspray and cleaning products                                             

8. Are your pieces suitable as gifts? Absolutely. Our jewellery makes a beautiful gift for birthdays, anniversaries, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and any special occasion. Every order is carefully packaged making it gift-ready on arrival. 

9. How do I find the right ring size? We recommend measuring your finger using a soft tape measure or a strip of paper. Wrap it around the base of your finger, mark where it meets and measure the length in millimetres. Compare with our size guide available on each product page.
